Amy represents small and mid-sized companies. Her practice focuses on commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, compliance, real estate, trademark and employment matters.

Amy previously clerked for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the New Hampshire Public Defender, and the Environmental Unit of the Wisconsin Department of Justice in Madison. Amy grew up on a cattle ranch in Montana, and in a prior life, enjoyed working as a counselor for emotionally disturbed children in New Hampshire and St. Paul, Minnesota.
