Background:   

Amy's practice focuses on business transactions for small and mid-sized companies. Amy has particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, financing, business and succession planning, liability protection, real estate, contracts and employment. Amy's practice also includes probate administration, trademark and licensing, and specialized family matters.

Amy previously clerked for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the New Hampshire Public Defender, and the Environmental Unit of the Wisconsin Department of Justice in Madison. Amy grew up on a cattle ranch in Montana. In a prior life, Amy enjoyed the challenges of working as a counselor for emotionally disturbed children in New Hampshire and St. Paul, Minnesota.
