Background: |
Dale’s practice focuses on business transactions and the formation and
administration of business entities. He draws on nearly 18 years of
experience practicing in Portland, having worked with both large and
small law firms and as in-house counsel to several large energy
companies. Dale’s in-house experience gives him a particular appreciation for the practical needs of local, regional, national and international businesses. His wide-ranging experience providing advice in the areas of general business, corporate law, finance, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, municipal law, technology licensing, project development and energy contracts enables him to respond to the broad spectrum of his clients’ legal needs. Dale’s wife, Kerry, and now-grown kids are likely to refer to his interest in bicycles and motorcycles as an obsession, and when not in the office or with the family, he will most likely be found riding, working on or acquiring one of his two-wheeled toys. He has long been active in working with the Boy Scouts of America, and has served on the boards of municipal and not-for-profit organizations that do tremendous work making our home a better place. |
