Background:   

Jim represents both individuals and companies in all aspects of commercial law including insurance coverage disputes, employment law, and general business litigation.

Jim has advocated for his clients in administrative hearings as well as state and federal courts, including argument before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has made numerous presentations on such topics as insurance coverage, family medical leave statutes, and tips for protecting small businesses from liability risks.
