Background:   

Megan’s practice focuses on business transactions, succession planning, entity formation, and mergers and acquisitions.

Megan is a native Oregonian who happily returned to Portland for law school after spending four years in Houston, Texas attending Rice University. Prior to joining Parsons Farnell & Grein, Megan served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Jean Kerr Maurer, Multnomah County Circuit Court. During law school, she clerked for a small energy law firm and the Portland City Attorney’s Office and volunteered at Legal Aid Services of Oregon. Megan was also a managing editor for the Lewis & Clark Law Review.
