Background:

Spencer provides his clients with a broad array of civil litigation experience. During that time, his practice emphasized insurance coverage, eminent domain, construction defect, contract, and general civil litigation matters. He returned to the Pacific Northwest in 2004 and recently joined the Parsons Farnell & Grein team.

Spencer is married to Chelsea, who also grew up in Southwest Washington.
