Insurance Recovery – Associate

Paternoster, Farnell & Grein, LLP has one of the most well-respected insurance recovery groups in the Pacific Northwest. We secure coverage for businesses and individuals from their insurance companies. Our practice is rooted in Oregon but extends across the country.

We are searching for an associate with four or more years of experience to join our insurance recovery group. The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex issues, develop creative solutions for the client’s problems, effectively communicate their analysis and arguments both orally and in writing, and be a good team member. Litigation experience is required. Insurance experience is a plus but not necessary if you have an aptitude for learning a complicated area of law. For non-local candidates, the firm is open to a long-term, remote-work arrangement. Eligibility for reciprocal admission or willingness to take the Oregon bar exam will be an important consideration for candidates outside of Oregon.
