Overview
Amy focuses her practice on business transactions, including entity formation, corporate compliance and governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and review, and business succession planning. She also works with clients in the areas of estate planning, wealth transfers and trust administration.
Prior to joining Parsons Farnell & Grein in 2008, Amy worked at a small tax and estate planning law firm in Portland. During law school, she clerked at the Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service and was a Managing Editor for Lewis & Clark Law Review.
