Erin is a tenacious and creative attorney who has focused her practice on employment, business, and commercial litigation. She also handles cases with the firm’s insurance recovery group.
Before joining Parsons, Farnell & Grein, Erin served as a clerk for the Oregon Supreme Court and the Oregon Tax Court. Experienced at working closely with trial and appellate judges, Erin understands how to frame an issue or argument to achieve success. She carefully analyzes each case—and its possible outcomes—to advance her clients’ goals at every step of the process.
Erin is passionate about her investment in Oregon. Raised by a small business owner and committed to improvement at a local level, Erin understands the challenges facing our businesses, nonprofits, and community members. She works diligently to raise funds and awareness for local organizations benefiting children, families, and many who might otherwise lack access to courts and necessary services.
