Overview

Kelsey is an associate in Parsons Farnell & Grein’s business practice. Kelsey works with the firm’s clients on a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and corporate governance, with a particular focus on businesses in the food and beverage, agriculture, and hospitality industries.

Prior to joining PFG, Kelsey was in-house counsel at a business consulting firm where she gained extensive experience advising closely held businesses on entity form and formation, succession planning, and M&A transactions. While attending Lewis & Clark Law School, Kelsey volunteered as a project coordinator for the Northwest Environmental Defense Center and served on the editorial board of Animal Law Review. After graduating in 2015, she completed a judicial clerkship with the Hon. Jeffrey S. Jones at the Clackamas County Circuit Court.

Kelsey was born and raised in the Midwest but has called Portland home since 2012. When she’s not at work, she enjoys gardening, traveling internationally, and camping with her three-legged rescue dog.
