Kris’s practice focuses on insurance coverage and business litigation, with a particular focus on first-party property and environmental insurance coverage claims. Kris began his legal career as a paralegal in New York City, first working as a managing paralegal on a four-month-long SEC fraud trial and then managing a variety of intellectual property and business litigation cases.
