Background

Bryce is an associate attorney with PFG’s insurance recovery group and represents clients across the public and private sectors. Bryce approaches his practice with a clear understanding that all legal services must provide value to a client’s bottom line.

Bryce received his J.D. from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College, where he focused on administrative law across diverse topics in the natural resources and energy fields. Prior to joining PFG, he served as in-house counsel for public sector contract procurement at TruePenny Ltd., a regulatory automation firm specializing in permitting and licensing technology.

Bryce is a member of the Elephant Valley Project & Elie Foundation in Mondulkiri, Cambodia, and donates to the African Wildlife Foundation, Veterans Empowered to Protect African Wildlife, and to the Rainforest Action Network. It may come as no surprise, therefore, that Bryce builds his life outside the office around international travel—preferably in countries with heat, jungles, and ruins to explore.

Representative Work

Provided critical environmental analysis to municipal authorities during the 2014 Port of Vancouver oil terminal controversy.

Negotiated a transfer of a $20 million service contract for Medicare eligibility automation for the state of Hawaii.

Acted as a specialist in archival research and deep analysis of legislative history to serve lobbying and litigation efforts.
