Gabriel Le Chevallier represents businesses, executives, bankruptcy trusts, and individuals across the country as they obtain insurance coverage for their losses. He has assisted clients recover tens of millions of dollars under a wide variety of insurance policies, including commercial general liability, recall, errors and omissions, directors and officers, fiduciary liability, and fidelity policies.

Gabe focuses on developing and implementing creative strategies and arguments to further his clients’ negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation efforts. Gabe assists clients with placing their insurance and clarifying which policy language will better protect them in the event of catastrophic loss. He also helps clients ensure coverage when undergoing corporate transactions or restructuring.

Over the course of his work, Gabe has discovered that he loves Excel. His interest in quantitative analysis has helped him understand the actual dollar impact of various issues and maximize recoveries for his clients.

Gabe was born and raised in Oregon, but left for nearly a decade to study and practice law in Washington, D.C. He is very happy to be back home. When not working, Gabe is busy chasing after his toddler.

Litigating on behalf of an Oregon-grown forklift manufacturer against its insurers for coverage for asbestos-related liabilities.

Recovering millions of dollars from insurers and suppliers on behalf of a Washington-based manufacturer of nutritional supplements whose products were contaminated by its suppliers.

Securing millions of dollars of insurance coverage for a New York investment fund for defense costs arising from an investor dispute.
