Overview
Megan Perkins enjoys working closely with her real estate and business clients to see their transactions from conception through closing and meet their day-to-day legal needs. In her real estate practice, Megan represents developers, lenders and investors in the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of various real estate assets. She regularly helps buyers and sellers with the purchase and sale of commercial and investment properties and borrowers and lenders with real estate finance opportunities. Megan also has extensive experience in the negotiation of retail, office, and industrial leases and routinely assists both landlords and tenants with lease matters. In her business practice, Megan represents the owners of closely-held businesses, providing guidance on governance issues, business acquisitions and sales, general contract matters, and planning for business succession.
