Overview
Tim’s practice areas focus on corporate and business law. He has experience working with owners of businesses, assisting them with entity selection and structure, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, corporate financing and other transactions.
Before going to law school, Tim worked in the healthcare industry as a management consultant. While in law school, Tim worked as a law clerk on various transactional and commercial litigation matters for multiple law firms and government agencies. He also represented small business owners and start-ups in transactional matters at the University of Minnesota’s Business Law Clinic and he participated in the law school’s Corporate Externship Program, assisting an in-house legal team.
Tim was born and raised in the Chicago area and most recently lived in Minnesota. When not at work he enjoys biking and hiking around the various trails in the Pacific Northwest.
